岳衡，男，1975年出生。北京大学光华管理学院会计副教授，系主任，博士生导师，博士学历，硕士生导师。首届国家自科优秀青年基金获得者，2012年度教育部新世纪优秀人才，财政部会计领军人才，中国会计学会理事，中国会计协会CJAS期刊副主编。

曾任美国杜兰大学ABFreedom管理学院副教授，北京大学光华管理学院会计系助理教授，副教授和教授。毕业于美国杜兰大学，会计学博士。

现任华能国际（600011）独立非执行董事（2014.9.18－）。中国医药（600056）独立董事（2015.2.16－）。
