Shanghai Orient Certified Appraisal Co., Ltd., one of the scaled appraisals company in China, is the very institution, which had highest revenue, most employees and biggest business office in Shanghai since 1999. We have obtained the"Assets Appraisal License for Stock Business"issued jointly by China Stock Supervisory Committee and Ministry of Finance. We also have the"A"qualification affirmed by Shanghai State-owned Assets Management Office and"B"qualification for real-estate appraisal affirmed by Shanghai Bureau of House Property and Land Management.
Something worth mention is that our company is the only one, which has the certificate of foreign investment consultancy in shanghai appraisal institute.
Merged and reorganized from Shanghai Orient Certified Appraisal Firm, Shanghai Dongcheng Appraisal Co., Ltd., Shanghai Credential Appraisal Company and other famous assets appraisal firms, our company take the lead in reforming in Shanghai, and has set up preliminary operation system and working standard which both suit the needs of market economy and accord with profession norms.
Under the unified supervise of Board of Directors, our company assigns a General Manager and a General CPV . They are responsible for Chief Appraisal Department and several professional appraisal groups, and supervise the whole procedure of implementing the appraisal reports.
